·          Electrical engineering degree

·          2 years wire and cable design experience

·          Wire and cable manufacturing experience

·          Communications product development from inception to completion
preferred

·          Project management skills requires with good problem solving
abilities

·          Knowledge of design and application of data communication
products

·          Solid computer skills (Windows NT, MS Word, Excel, Access)

·         The ability to multitask, meet aggressive targets and translate
technical data into non-technical terms
