2) SITE GENERAL MANAGER

Company Info: A $70M+ division of a Fortune 500 NYSE company focused on
doubling its manufacturing business within 5 years through innovation,
acquisition and domestic/international growth. Company has 4 US locations
and is expanding to both China & South America. As a leader in its market
space this company is creating breakthrough technology in its niche. 

Position Description: GM has full P&L responsibility, and is accountable for
daily activities of an ISO 9002/QS 9000 manufacturing facility of 150
employees in the production of short to medium volume of plastics parts. The
production floor is made up of over 100 thermoset presses ranging from 1500
Ton down to "hand presses". 

This site leader must be customer focused, listening to the Voice of the
Customer in order to gain a thorough understanding of the quality needs
critical to their success.

Candidate will be responsible for sustaining focus on safety, quality,
employee relations, manufacturing efficiencies, cost control, financial
profitability goals, team development and continuous improvement in this
non-union environment. 

Qualifications:
. A true agent for change with significant plastic molding experience. 
. Excellent communication and understanding of marketing/sales perspective
. Technical Degree
. Prior P&L and full hiring authority a plus.
. Candidate must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in an operations
leadership role 
. Proven background in driving performance through Six Sigma & TPS/lean
methodologies

Compensation: $110k
