Anybody know a little Linux as part of his/her customer service background?
I know someone who knows the owner of FTPToday, Marty Horan. He is looking for 
a Help Desk person. Position requires a bit of tech knowledge, but is primarily 
a customer contact role. Business is based downtown. Pay is low- to mid-30s.
