Responsible for the Glad House Programs and day-to-day coordination of all 
activities. Represents Glad House programs to treatment community and general 
public. Manages the programs within the GH budget. Develops standards and 
procedures for the administration of the programs. Acts as point person for 
daily visitors and communication. Oversees contracted facilitators of the 
Strengthening the Families Program(SFP) and Glad House programs. Supervises the 
child care workers and volunteers. Coordinates and plans activities for 
children's special events. Coordinates transportation of children. Develops 
program documentation for Grant requests. Coordinates intakes. Develops and 
manages client activity data tracking system. Resourceful; stays current with 
developments within the community. Knowlegde of fundraising and public 
relations responsibilities. Reports to Director.       
Location: Bond Hill (St. Aloysius at Norwood Lateral @ Reading Road 
Requirements_Qualif: Bachelor's degree and three years work experience in 
social services, management and administration or equivalent.
