Experience
· 3+ years in commercial client-server software development using Java in a 
Windows programming environment. 
· Strong fundamentals of computer science, including knowledge of advanced data 
structures, algorithms, design patterns and multi-threading.
· In-depth knowledge of Java technologies - Swing, JDBC, Java Servlet, JSP.
· Knowledge of XML, XSL, JavaScript, and HTML based web technologies. Knowledge 
of C++ is desirable.
· Technical knowledge of at least one major database, advanced SQL and reports 
design is required. Experience with MS SQL Server and Crystal Reports is a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and knowledge of object oriented software 
development methodologies, use of UML and a test-case driven software 
development mind-set.
· Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to work on multiple 
assigned tasks.
· MS or BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical engineering degree.
Responsibilities
· Primarily perform object oriented software development on new applications 
and secondarily maintain existing applications.
· Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical input for project 
scoping. 
· Provide accurate, periodic status about the progress of the assigned tasks.
· Resolve post-release issues associated with the software products.
