· Minimum of 3 years technical experience implementing and supporting software 
on LANS, WANs and Intranets in a professional environment.
· MCSE Certification Required
· Background in technical / customer support
· Sales Engineering skills that include the development of presentations, 
training, and on-line demonstrations
· Working knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, Email Servers, TCP/IP, local area 
Networks and PC troubleshooting.
· Demonstrated Software deployment experience
· Familiarity with contact center operations and telephony
