*EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT: Home Builders Association of Northern Kentucky*

Large local trade association is seeking an Executive Vice President.  The
right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the
association including maintaining a vigorous governmental and regulatory
affairs presence, overseeing a Registered Builder/Remodeler Program and a
variety of home shows.  The EVP has budgetary and staff management
responsibilities.  Candidates must have a bachelor?s degree, excellent
written and oral communication skills and management experience.  Must be
able to work collaboratively with various groups and have knowledge of
political advocacy.  This position serves as spokesperson for the
association.  Experience in association management and a background in the
building industry would be considered a plus.  The Home Builders Association
has 1,070 member companies and a progressive 54 year history on the Kentucky
