Contributing member of departmental Resource Team, which manages projects and 
processes within Central Operations to lead initiatives for Project Management, 
IT Events, Outsource Integration, Business Continuity, Management Reporting, 
Outside Agency Audits and any Merger or Acquisition activity while functioning 
as the liaison in the strategic analysis of business/ user needs and the 
implementation of systems and/or conversions to new processes within 
departments supported.

Applies a strong base knowledge of relevant systems/applications as it relates 
to workflow, process, and problem resolution and recommends improvement 
opportunities. 

Assists the Resource Team Manager and Senior Resource Team Specialist in the 
planning, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and conversions. 

Assists Resource Team Manager or Resource Team Specialist in working with users 
in defining project requirements. 

Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and 
process problems. 

Assists Sr. Resource Team Specialist on operational procedures and methods and 
recommend changes for improvement - with an emphasis on automation and 
efficiency. Conducts benchmarking activities to identify best practices. 

Assists Resource Team Manager and Senior Resource Team Specialist to insure all 
tasks associated with year-end, peak season, annual report, and business 
revenue list are completed for respective departments. 

Continuously works to increase knowledge of the industry and the applications 
processed by Fifth Third Bank through CBT's, classroom training and trade 
publications. 

Provides support for Resource Team Manager in the M&A process for divisional 
functions including due diligence, pre-conversion, conversion, and 
post-conversion ensuring that all processes, tasks and analyses are performed 
according to Fifth Third standards. 

Analyze data to determine potential data or business conversion issues. Make 
recommendations to Senior Resource Team Manager or management for options to 
resolve outstanding issues. 

Assist Resource Manager and Senior Resource Team Specialist in vendor 
relationship management. 

Provides support to system users, trouble-shooting problems and acting as 
liaison with Information Technology. 

Assists with documentation and testing of new system software releases, 
including special projects to implement new system enhancements as required. 

Creates ad hoc reports.
