 Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas. This position will lead, manage, desi=
gn and architect for the WebSphere software product set throughout installa=
tion, configuration and development within customer accounts. =20

Requirements_Qualif: This position requires:

=E2=80=A2=093+ years of implementation and development experience on the IB=
M WebSphere portal platform in an Enterprise environment
=E2=80=A2=09WebSphere Application Server install / config / development exp=
erience
=E2=80=A2=09Java, J2EE, JSP
=E2=80=A2=09Broad industry experience and a strong background in software d=
evelopment and systems integration
=E2=80=A2=09Solid experience in transforming customer business requirements=
 into a comprehensive solution using the appropriate methods, tools and tec=
hnologies
=E2=80=A2=09Ability to comprehend application development processes, method=
ologies and techniques
=E2=80=A2=09In-depth knowledge of Internet technologies and standards and u=
nderstand the current and future industry trends
=E2=80=A2=09Excellent communication and presentation skills
=E2=80=A2=09Proven leadership skills
=E2=80=A2=09Strong background in IBM related technologies

Skills that are very desirable:

=E2=80=A2=094 year degree or higher
=E2=80=A2=09Webfacing, Commerce and / or SOA experience
=E2=80=A2=09Experience with multiple platforms and development environments=
, including the IBM iSeries
