ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
=09Responsibility for support, including 1 week per month 24x7 page=
r rotation of: 1.)  web application environments running on JBoss and IBM W=
ebsphere application server versions 3.x =EF=BF=BD 5.x, 2.) internal facing=
 portal environments running on IBM WebSphere portal server, and 3.) Tomcat=
 environment.
=09Provide web architecture expertise to assist in delivering solut=
ion architectures for web and portal projects.
=09Participate in projects to implement IBM=EF=BF=BDs Websphere and=
 JBoss as company's enterprise web application development solution.
=09Participate in projects to implement IBM=EF=BF=BDs Websphere Por=
tal as compan=EF=BF=BDs enterprise web portal delivery solution.
=09Provide JBoss, IBM HTTP Server Administration, and Websphere App=
lication Server administration corporate wide.
=09Deliver web application and system performance tuning analysis.

Requirements_Qualif: =09Extensive Experience in IBM WebSphere, IBM =
WebSphere Portal, JBoss, Apache or related products.=20
=09Experience in systems administration (AIX, Redhat, Suse).
=09Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills is requir=
ed.
=09Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies is required.
=09Demonstrated operational experience in mission critical environm=
ents is required.=20
=09Able to work and share knowledge in a team environment is requir=
ed.
=09Expertise in small, medium, and large size project management an=
d planning skills is highly desirable.
=09Must be proficient at oral communication and technical writing s=
kills.
=09Knowledge of Mercury Interactive Loadrunner, a plus.=20
