Duties:

design interactive, educational training content for distribution over the =
intranet.
=EF=BF=BD=09Design interactive components, interfaces, and layouts.
=EF=BF=BD=09Apply usability and functionality standards to interactive desi=
gns.
=EF=BF=BD=09Translate user requirements into interactive designs.
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrate strong initiative to advance team effectiveness, in=
 line with department objectives, with little direction.
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide creative solutions to minimize effort and maximize retu=
rn for interactive media and web-based content.

Requirements:
=EF=BF=BD=09Professional design experience of at least 3 years, creating in=
teractive media using Adobe Flash and Actionscript.
=EF=BF=BD=09High degree of competency with ActionScript.
=EF=BF=BD=09Solid design skills in interactive media and graphic design.
=EF=BF=BD=09High degree of competency using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator=
.
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum 2 years experience with web-based development (includin=
g HTML and Javascript).
=EF=BF=BD=09Good communication and organizational skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09A design related degree is a plus.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with XML a plus.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with educational development a plus.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with ColdFusion a plus.
=EF=BF=BD=09NOTE: Resumes must include a design portfolio. A link to an onl=
ine portfolio is preferred. A ZIP file or a CD would also be acceptable. Re=
