position reports to the Technical Manager position.  Provide timely and com=
plete information on current projects, metrics, issues and opportunities.  =
Provide full administration of application server, web server, and proxy se=
rver infrastructure, including planning, designing and implementing install=
ations, patches, and upgrades.

Education/Experience
-  Technical bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree with 3+ years related professional e=
xperience=20
-  Experience installing and maintaining web application environments utili=
zing packages such as Microsoft IIS,  IBM WebSphere and Apache=20
-  Experience with Microsoft Windows and UNIX environments including; insta=
lling layered products, monitoring and tuning systems and service function/=
performance; participating in capacity planning; troubleshooting, correctin=
g systems and security problems; performing application maintenance activit=
ies
-  Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and services
-  Solid troubleshooting, problem solving and communication skills
-  Effective team player
