senior-level professional to be responsible for organizing, leading and 
managing comprehensive sales, leasing and marketing activities for the 
company?s Cincinnati real estate office and industrial portfolio. Primary 
responsibility includes developing a conceptual organizational plan of action 
for the required activities including, by way of example, identifying the 
nature, type and qualifications for the leasing and sales personnel, and then 
recruiting the required individuals in accordance with such plans. The plan 
shall encompass staffing and training the individuals, as well as marketing and 
advertising for each of the company?s assets, properties and development 
projects.

Requirements_Qualif: This position requires a minimum four-year degree with a 
minimum of eight years experience in commercial real estate sales and 
marketing. This position requires a person with long-term perspective, good 
financial/economic comprehension, goal orientation and a high level of 
motivation for executive success. The person must have an owner?s mentality 
approach and have strong negotiating skills coupled with a natural sense of 
urgency.
