Position Description:
The Vice President of Documentation, Compliance, and HR will be responsible=
for developing and managing plan documents for our employer clients, servi=
ce agreements, legislative alerts, IRS, DOL, HIPAA compliance and general l=
egal requirements along with staff training to ensure that compliance and q=
uality service standards are met. Responsible for managing the compliance a=
nd HR liaison to operations and marketing teams as well as consultation wit=
h outside legal counsel as needed. This person will be able to take the lea=
d in the development of contract template language to meet various internal=
and client needs, and develop contracting strategies to corporate objectiv=
es.

Requirements_Qualif: Requirements:
=EF=BF=BD=09Proven thinking and writing capability.
=EF=BF=BD=09Advanced College degree with three or more comparable years of =
experience in Business or Human Resources, or Juris Doctorate preferable.
=EF=BF=BD=093+ years of benefits experience required, experience with outso=
urced employee benefits contracts preferred.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with m=
inimal supervision from Cincinnati office (detached from headquarters).
=EF=BF=BD=09Intelligent self starter with ability to learn new tasks quickl=
y.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, among others.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to work effectively with senior management of organizat=
ion, clients and vendors.
=EF=BF=BD=09Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and =
the ability to remain flexible with changing priorities.
=EF=BF=BD=09Innovative and resourceful in identifying ways to do the job be=
