Position Description:

The Vice President of Compliance will be responsible for legal agreements b=
etween Benesyst and all entities, including negotiating or consulting with =
other entities.  This person will take the lead in the development of contr=
act template language to meet internal and external needs, and assist in ev=
olving agreement management strategies and workflow solutions to integrate =
with Benesyst CRM tools to achieve business efficiencies and manage risk. R=
esponsibilities include managing plan documents for our employer clients, s=
ervice agreements, legislative alerts, IRS, DOL, ERISA, and HIPAA complianc=
e functions as well as vetting employer, participant and general marketing =
communications.  The role will also include staff training as appropriate t=
o ensure that legal compliance standards are met.=20

This individual will be a trusted advisor to the CEO as well as to Benesyst=
=EF=BF=BDs operations and marketing teams.=20

rience in Business, or law degree.

urced employee benefits contracts preferred.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent time management skills and the ability to work with m=
inimal supervision.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite among others.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to work effectively with senior management of organizat=
ion, clients, advisors and vendors.
