The Vice President of Sales directs all facets of the Companies=EF=BF=BD se=
lling activities to achieve the sales objectives.  The incumbent is respons=

 new customers and new channels of distribution, annual and monthly forecas=

Key Accountabilities include:  =20

1.=09Creating meaningful relationships with key customers based on an under=
standing of the industry, their business goals and objectives.
2.=09Building new customers and distribution channels which create 75% of t=
he company=EF=BF=BDs revenues within three years by identifying, hiring, tr=
aining and managing national regional and independent wholesaler, retailers=
 and dealer networks to facilitate sales growth and achieve the sales objec=
tives. =20
3.=09Developing and implementing a sales plan, managing the plan=EF=BF=BDs =
execution and communicating results analytically and verbally.
4.=09Raising awareness of brand=EF=BF=BDs value proposition by effectively =
communicating brand=EF=BF=BDs position in the marketplace to customers.
5.=09Network with customers, suppliers and competitors to maintain excellen=
t market information and intelligence on competitive and customer intellige=
nce.

Requirements_Qualif: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience and a bachelor=EF=BF=BDs=
 degree from an accredited university required.=20
