-Have a good understanding of the client=EF=BF=BDs manufacturing processes=

-Have a strong knowledge of the CPG and pharmaceutical industries
-Be capable and comfortable selling to senior managers, executives, or line=
managers
-Successful track record in consultative sales and dealing with high level =
decision makers
-10-15+ years of management experience
-Experience in strategic planning and execution
-Ability to facilitate and lead group meetings
-Strong understanding of the benefits of outsourced services
-Ability to drive deals and decisions to conclusion
-Strong negotiation, analytical problem-solving and deal structuring skills
-Be self motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
-Have strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
-Have a commanding presence and have a can do/get it done attitude
-Must be able to generate his/her own pipeline
-Must be capable of growing the sales organization consistent with the reve=
nue growth of the company
-Must be a proven team player that continually contributes to the success o=
f the company team
