Requirements_Qualif: This individual must have a firm knowledge of software 
development processes and selected programming languages, platforms, and 
technologies, including:

�       VB 6.0 and/or C++ in a client server and/or multi-tiered environment
�       Object oriented methodologies and technologies including COM and DCOM
�       SQL Server, Oracle and MS Access
�       SQL-Structured Query Language
�       Data Analysis and reporting

Applicant must also:

�       Have strong conceptual and design skills
�       Have an ability to learn quickly and adapt successfully to new 
development environments and tools.
�       Have the ability to work as a productive, self-motivated team member 
and to produce under tight deadlines
�       Provide new ideas for continuous improvement of operational processes, 
procedures, productivity and products
