Tivoli Expert (2 openings)
·Gather and present performance and availability data about the overall and
specific components of our IT environment.
·Use statistical reporting tools in distributing various systems management
data and analysis and technical support.
·Analyze data used to identify alerting and software distribution/inventory
management trends and potential problems.  Communicates findings to
responsible IT groups in order to improve processes and/or minimize
disruptions;
·Maintains tools that would allow both technical and non-technical persons
to view information concerning the enterprise server environment.
·Participates in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide methodology
for managing the automated software (distribution and inventory) and
hardware (inventory) processes for desktop, laptop, and server systems.
Assists in designing and implementing an enterprise-wide methodology for
management tracking of these processes;
·Continuously improve system stability of our environment by evaluating,
recommending, and implementing processes and procedures based on
departmental goals.

EDUCATION:
BS in a technical IT discipline or equivalent work experience

REQUIREMENTS:
·Solid skills in one or more of the following environments: Windows,
Netware. SunOS, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, or Z/OS
· Experience (2-3 years) in one or more of the following:;    Application
Management, Database Administration, TCP/IP, Domain Name Server (DNS),
Network management/administration, or SNMP
· Experience (2-3 years) programming in shell scripts or Perl
· Experience (1-3 years) in installation, operation or support of (two or
more of) IBM/Tivoli Configuration Manager, Framework, ITM, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Solid, demonstrable problem solving skills
· Excellent communications and data analysis skills
· Willingness to support 24x7 rotational on-call
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

Full Relocation and excellent salary (55K - 85K) and benefits package.
