Looking for individuals with industrial/commercial skills, selling 
complimentary products, solutions or processes,customers, i.e. chemical 
distributors, equipment manufacturers, abrasives, adhesives(A must have 
requirement).

 




Location: Preferably, Cleveland, Ohio(other possible area:Columbus,Detroit, 
Youngstown
Requirements_Qualif: Someone with experience of Six Sigma is a plus

Experience:

At least 3 years of industrial/commercial sales experience
Hunter
High Energy level
 College Degree
 Comparable revenue with the open territory
 Selling into an environment at multiple levels, i.e. design engineers, 
production personnel, purchaser etc.  Being able to identify and development 
partnerships with the appropriate decisions makers.
 Ability to close business and integrate with customer, engineering personnel, 
etc.
 Understand territory, customers, product and process applications, 
competitors, erosion, customer segmentation, etc.
 Ability to analyze and interpret data
 Profitability of accounts through proper pricing management
 A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
 A proven track record of maintaining and growing existing accounts as well as 
closing new accounts
 Time management and expense management
 Ability to perform and follow the sales process under self-direction
 Ability to work with customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service 
needs
