Conduct classroom based training sessions for adult students, on software s=

Conduct webex based training sessions for adult students, on software subje=
ct matter.=20
Training material development and revisions in a range of media print produ=
ction, electronic production and soon to be web based.=20
Contribute to team based assignments in the delivery of second tier custome=
r support issues=20
Other duties as assigned.=20

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Adult education process skills=20
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.=20
Interviewing skills=20
Curriculum design and training material preparation skills=20
Training material preparation using electronic tools other than just Word, =
e.g., FrameMaker, Design.A.Course, Encore, ROBOhelp,=20
Process analysis skills (preferably in the health care industry).=20

Requirements_Qualif: Minimum Qualifications:
5 years=EF=BF=BD experience as a trainer, in the software industry=20
3 to 5 years=EF=BF=BD curriculum writing and tutorial design skills with po=
rtfolio sample=20
3 to 4 years=EF=BF=BD experience in a customer support environment=20
Samples of work product will be requested during the interview process=20
