- Log all call details
- Provide feedback to Tech Support Manager on issues
- Work extensively with Microsoft Outlook
- Shifts:  9am - 6pm; 10am - 7pm; 12noon - 10pm
- On-call rotation (one weekend every 6 weeks)
- Training: 2 days (9 - 5)

Location: Cincinnati
Requirements_Qualif: - Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is a MUST
- Knowledge of Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Navigator
- God understanding of laser printers (changing settings, etc.)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent vervbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills
