PEI is growing and expanding.  PEI is looking for a full time Technical Spe=
cialist to join our team to play a key role in our continued growth.    PEI=
=EF=BF=BDs success begins with our in-house technical team having hands-on =
experience in the product development and design world bringing a highly te=
chnical product from concept requirements to production released volume pro=
duct and processes.

Responsibilities:
=09Provide hands on detail design (CAD) and development (Analysis a=
nd Testing) of a new product, special machine and/or process from detail co=
mponent design through system integration of components and sub-assemblies.
=09Lead a product design and development project from concept throu=
gh final client design approval.
=09Generate and track cost budgets, task structure and task timelin=
es for assigned projects.
=09Perform in a multi-project environment.
=09Prepare and present internal and client design review presentati=
ons.
=09Visit client locations for project reviews
=09Supplier component specification and selection=20
=09Perform duties in conjunction with PEI business model and contri=
bute to quality and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

o=09Minimum BSME from an accredited college or university
o=09MSME is a plus
=09Minimum 5 years experience in a product design and development e=
nvironment
=09CAD:=20
o=09Demonstrated proficiency with Solid Works or Pro/E
=09CAE:
o=09FEA with Pro-Mechanica or Cosmos
o=09CFD with CFDesign is a plus
=09Product Testing:
o=09Demonstrated experience in a laboratory test environment
=09Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
=09Demonstrated ability to use personal computers
o=09MS Office Suite
o=09MS Project
o=09MS Access is a plus
