Requirements_Qualif: A Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs Degree in the Natural Science=EF=
=BF=BDs or environmental engineering and two years experience with editing =
of technical documents.  A Master=EF=BF=BDs Degree in Natural Science may s=
ubstitute for the two years experience requirement.  Typing skills and Micr=
osoft Access are required.  On-site contractor personnel shall be trained i=
n WordPerfect for Windows 11 and MS Word 2003, including specific use of th=
e comment tracking features, within 30 days of the effective date of employ=
ment if not already experienced.
