taxing authorities for federal, state and local income tax, licenses, sales 
tax, property tax and payroll tax. This role is responsible for researching and 
analyzing the effect of tax accounnting alternatives and studying laws and 
regulations to ensure correct application of new tax measures. In addition, the 
Tax Manager provides assistance on accounting and tax planning corporate and 
joint venture acquisitions, formations, disposition and liquidations.
