tions. Alternatively they may handle on a wide variety of tax accounting is=
sues, including general ledger account reconciliations, providing support f=
or and the development of tax accounting entries, and preparation of effect=
ive tax rate variance analyses. In summary the incumbent should be able to =
handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast paced team environment. Th=
ey will perform a variety of complex tasks associated with tax compliance a=
nd accounting. They will collect and analyze data necessary for the prepara=
tion of tax adjustments; the entry of financial data into the tax complianc=
e and tax accounting software; and they will support and work closely with =
their peers on tax compliance and tax accounting issues. As part of their a=
ssignments it is expected that they will identify opportunities for process=
 improvements and be able to present, with assistance from the supervisor, =
their recommendations to management. Minimum qualifications include a BS or=
 BA in Accounting or Finance and at least three years of accounting or tax =
experience.=20
