Essential Functions
1.Prepares the monthly sales tax returns for multiple states.
2.Updates sales tax rates in the customer sales database as needed.
3.Maintains the sales tax exemption certificate file.
4.Reconciles sales tax accruals and generates related reports.
5.Maintains current fixed asset records for tax purposes.
6.Assists with the preparation of personal property tax returns
7.Assists with the preparation of other federal and state tax returns and i=
nformation requests.
8.Assists with the preparation of the quarterly and annual financial tax di=
sclosures.
9.Performs other accounting and financial reporting functions as needed.
10.Maintains documentation to support internal and external audits.
11.Participates in internal and external audits - interacts with auditors a=
nd prepares reports.
12.Maintains a current knowledge of accounting operations and state tax law=
s.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
1.Travels occasionally in the United States.
2.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements_Qualif: Qualifications
1.Bachelor=EF=BF=BDs degree in accounting or finance.
2.Experience with sales tax compliance and InSource return software is pref=
erred.
3.2 years=EF=BF=BD minimum experience with monthly and year-end tax account=
ing.
4.Proficient in Word, Excel, and Windows.  Knowledge of Best FAS is preferr=
ed.
5.Strong organization and analytical skills.
6.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
7.Able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
