port the quality test environments.  As well the role will be responsible t=
o work on client development to support application testing.

 Windows operating systems
=EF=BF=BD=09Weblogic administrative functions=20
=EF=BF=BD=09JCAPs administrative functions
=EF=BF=BD=09Application supportive administrative functions
=EF=BF=BD=09Track tools and product licenses
=EF=BF=BD=09Submit and track purchasing within the quality organization
=EF=BF=BD=09Development of automated clients to support automated testing o=
f WebServices clients
=EF=BF=BD=09Coordinate network and firewall efforts needed to support in=EF=
=BF=BDhouse and off-shore QA efforts with the network and IS organization
=EF=BF=BD=09General Administrative functions to support all Care360 testing=
 functions=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Design, development and execution of quality assurance test pla=
ns and strategies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with engineers to identify and resolve defects.
=EF=BF=BD=09Mentor, guide and support less experienced QA Engineers
=EF=BF=BD=09Recognize and Suggest Improvement Opportunities within the Qual=
ity Organization

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Hp, Sun and/or Dell hardware experience
=EF=BF=BD=09Linux/Unix system administrative experience
=EF=BF=BD=09SQL experience for database manipulation, preferable Oracle
=EF=BF=BD=09Good understanding of Software development life cycle with an e=
mphasis on Quality Assurance.
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated skills with automation tools such as Silk, Perl or=
 other scripting language.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
=EF=BF=BD=09String mentoring and leadership capabilities
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to recognize areas of improvements
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to adapt and quickly refocus in an agile software devel=
opment environment.
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
=EF=BF=BD=09Ability to understand the features and customer expectations of=
 assigned responsibilities.
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience programming skills with some OO language such as VB.=
Net, Java, C++, or C#=20
Optional Skills:

=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of  HTTP, HTML, XML, SOAP or WebServices (Desirable)

Minimum Qualifications:

alent experience.=20

evelopment role=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum two (2) years experience with programming or scripting.
=EF=BF=BD=09Minimum two (2) years experience with Unix/Linux system adminis=
