Principal Responsibilities:
=E2=80=A2=09Demonstrate solid grasp of key technical and process concepts.
=E2=80=A2=09End-to-End individual call ownership from call receipt to resol=
ution.=20
=E2=80=A2=09Documentation of 100% calls logged/calls received into ticket t=
racking system.=20
=E2=80=A2=09Adherence to critical SOP=E2=80=99s and performance standards.
=E2=80=A2=09Provide excellent customer service to callers by answering phon=
es and greeting customers according to Support Center standard procedures. =
Support Center Analyst diagnoses and resolve problems related to, but not l=
imited to:  All Care360 Products, Hub Interfaces, etc.
=E2=80=A2=09Understand and comply with security and support policies and pr=
ocedures. =20

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:=20
=E2=80=A2=09Some college, technical school level classes, or equivalent exp=
erience.=20
=E2=80=A2=09Working knowledge of Help Desk / Customer Support center operat=
ions and the systems that are supported.  =20
=E2=80=A2=09Familiarity with call tracking software.
