The Support Center Analyst provides technical support to internal and exter=

Principal Responsibilities:
Demonstrate solid grasp of key technical and process concepts.=20
End-to-End individual call ownership from call receipt to resolution.=20
Documentation of 100% calls logged/calls received into ticket tracking syst=
em.=20
Adherence to critical SOP=EF=BF=BDs and performance standards.=20
Provide excellent customer service to callers by answering phones and greet=
ing customers according to Support Center standard procedures. Support Cent=
er Analyst diagnoses and resolve problems related to, but not limited to: =
All Care360 Products, Hub Interfaces, etc.=20
Understand and comply with security and support policies and procedures. =
=20
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:=20
Some college, technical school level classes, or equivalent experience.=20
Working knowledge of Help Desk / Customer Support center operations and the=
systems that are supported. =20
Familiarity with call tracking software.=20
Minimum Qualifications:
2 years strong customer management and technical support experience, suppor=
ting a clientele that is predominantly =EF=BF=BDnon-technical=EF=BF=BD.=20
Excellent oral and written communication skills=20
Ability to provide on-call support on a rotating basis. Work hours are var=
iable, based on help desk coverage requirements and schedules.=20
