This position provides technical support to Clients, internal and external,=
 to answer questions, solve problems and provide guidance. Works according =
to approved statements of requirements. Involved with creating technical de=
sign documents, as well as coding and unit testing all deliverables. Resolv=
es problems and deviations according to standard practices, and obtains adv=
ice where precedents are unclear or not available. Applies judgment in devi=
sing program logic and in selecting and adapting standard programming proce=
dures. Works independently under defined objectives, priorities, and deadli=
nes. Work is monitored in progress. This position requires 3-5 years of dev=
elopment experience.=20
