Our client has an exceptional opportunity for a driven sales professional 
selling personal care products to health care providers. For the right 
individual, this is an opportunity of great potential. As the population of our 
country ages, the demand for our products will only increase. Our products are 
for use in medical settings in patient care and were developed as an 
alternative to traditional methods.   
We are poised for rapid growth and are currently seeking an account manager to 
drive sales through the establishment of new accounts in Ohio and the 
surrounding states. 
An understanding of the hospital/ health care environment is critical for 
success in this position, as you will be expected to quickly establish 
relationships with key decision makers and demonstrate an understanding of our 
products and how they will be used in each environment. 
Previous or current experience selling to health care providers independently 
or via GPO contracts, OR education/experience in a health care related field 
(Nursing or related field) AND a desire for a career in sales is required. 
The ability to develop relationships with a variety of decision makers, the 
tenacity to overcome barriers and objections, and the ability to create 
opportunities for product demos and trials is key. You will be called upon to 
not only establish new accounts, but to grow and nurture existing accounts over 
time. An entrepreneurial drive, the willingness to take initiative, and manage 
your time and your accounts effectively are musts.
The successful candidate will have good presentation and one on one 
communication skills, solid analytical skills and the ability to manage 
accounts and customers strategically as well as effectively handle day to day 
issues.     
Position offers a very competitive base salary, commission opportunity and a 
highly competitive benefits package including medical, 401k, flexible working 
arrangements, car allowance, and cell phone. Must be available to travel on a 
regional basis up to 75%. Preference is for candidates based in the Greater 
Cincinnati area, but will consider those residing in surrounding states.
