JobDescript: This position assists in preparing and coordinating the prepar=
ation of all financial reporting, including reports for the SEC, Bank manag=
ement, the Board of Directors, the Federal Housing Finance Board, the Offic=
e of Finance and any other internal or external entities.  To serve as a te=
chnical resource for other Bank personnel regarding GAAP, FASB, and other g=
enerally accepted practices. This position also assists in the monitoring, =
interpretation and implementation of new accounting standards or regulatory=
 requirements.
Location: Cincinnati
Requirements_Qualif: Qualified applicants should possess knowledge of accou=
nting at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degre=
e in Accounting.  CPA designation or masters level degree preferred. The ca=
ndidate must also possess three or more years of progressively more respons=
ible related work experience in accounting with a concentration in preparin=
g and analyzing reports including hands on SEC report preparation.  Candida=
te must also possess strong knowledge of and ability to research, understan=
d and apply FASB standards, GAAP and other regulatory requirements; analyti=
cal skills to develop solutions for accounting issues; and the ability to c=
reate complex factual reports through data gathering, interpretation, compi=
lation, and analysis of information.  Effective oral and written communicat=
ion skills and a high level of proficiency in use of personal computer and =
calculator, including comprehensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database a=
pplications is required.
