Looking for a motivated and results-oriented individual to become part of t=
he Physician Portal development team. The Portal provides physicians and ot=
her medical personnel access to patient information via the web. As a key m=
ember of the team this individual will design and develop moderately comple=
x JavaScript, CSS, HTML web pages, Java-based applications, as well as modi=
fy and maintain the software. Primary focus of this position is to produce =
high-quality web-based Enterprise Java applications.  This role has a heavy=
 focus on the UI.
Principal Responsibilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop, maintain, and support production applications using Ja=
vaScript, CSS, HTML, Java/J2EE, and WebLogic technologies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Perform senior programming assignments for diverse and complex =
project tasks in a Unix environment.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Develop software independently as well as under direction from =
development team leads.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Maintain and debug existing application code.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Generate design specifications, and code to conform to specific=
ations.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Work with project manager to define work breakdown and provides=
 effort estimates for tasks.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Participate in design and code reviews.=20

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Candidate must be a mid-level engineer capable of working indep=
endently and in teams, and effectively prioritizing tasks and responsibilit=
ies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Proven design, debugging, and programming skills using JavaScri=
pt, CSS, XML, HTML, Java and J2EE technologies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in development and admin of WebLogic 8.1 (9.0 a plus=
) application server and portal technologies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Competent in developing accurate estimates and risk assessments=
