KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
=C2=B7=09Develop and implement FORTE=C2=92s Automation Director Software su=
ite, including integration with client=C2=92s host computer and WMS, includ=
ing customizing software to meet FORTE=C2=92s specific project requirements=
.
=C2=B7=09Develop new products and extend existing functionality for FORTE=
=C2=92s software suite using Microsoft Visual Studio, VB.NET, SourceSafe an=
d SQL Server.  Must have strong desire to attain and sustain market leaders=
hip position for FORTE=C2=92s software products.
=C2=B7=09Ability to work with minimal supervision in team setting and be wi=
lling to participate in field commissioning, support, and trouble shooting =
of systems.
=C2=B7=09Ability to present technical solutions, including supporting justi=
fication and documentation, to upper management.
=C2=B7=09Provide consultative sales support to prospective and existing cli=
ents.
=C2=B7=09Use personal computers and basic office software (Excel, Word, Pow=
erPoint and Visio).
=C2=B7=09Ensure customer satisfaction by servicing clients with the utmost =
professionalism, technical competency, courteousness, cooperation, and expe=
diency.
=C2=B7=09Generate end-user documentation for software products developed us=
ing Microsoft Word.
=C2=B7=09Moderate to extensive travel required.
