an, including consolidated work plan for multiple related projects
=EF=BF=BD=09Organize and participate in review sessions and contribute to s=
ystem testing to ensure quality deliverables
=EF=BF=BD=09Maintain accountability for the entire project lifecycle after =
concept prototype, including design, development, testing and deployment of=
 the application =20
=EF=BF=BD=09Lead the development of quality projects or assignments in a ch=
allenging timeframe and assist and mentor other members of the team
=EF=BF=BD=09Contribute to the development and continuous review of appropri=
ate practices, standards, and guidelines
=EF=BF=BD=09Proactively manage and communicate project risks and issues, ma=
king recommendations to effectively remove barriers to project completion
=EF=BF=BD=09Monitors and reviews team outputs, holding team members account=
able to commitments
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide regular feedback to senior management on project status=
, including trend analysis of project outputs and evaluations of project re=
sults
=EF=BF=BD=09Deliver product releases on time and on budget

 including 4+ years of project management experience with online applicatio=

=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated achievements in planning, directing and implementi=
ng complex projects on time, within budget and with desired functionality
=EF=BF=BD=09Technical background, skills, and vision to be able to understa=
nd and enhance our online applications
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong development skills including technical lead experience i=
n UNIX/Linux web application development, particularly using open source to=
ols and technologies
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience managing software development groups with multiple p=
rogrammers/developers=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Excellent organizational, time management, project management, =
and service delivery skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Refined problem solving skills including risk analysis and alte=
rnative solutions=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Significant knowledge and experience with software development =
lifecycle documentation
=EF=BF=BD=09Demonstrated software development experience in web based appli=
cations and experience with database design
=EF=BF=BD=09Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience in online, K-12 education applications, a significan=
t plus
