Position: 
     Senior Technical Support/Quality Assurance Specialist
     Full time, Immediate Opening

Duties:
     Technical Support responsibilities include email and telephone based 
support to Trusted Edge customers and partners.  Responsibilities also include 
participating in Quality Assurance activities, reporting defects, creating and 
running Test Plans, documenting results and working closely with our in-house 
developers to resolve defects. Help develop functional testing and workflow 
integration test cases. 

     Normal business hours 8-5, Mon-Fri, plus 24-7 technical support coverage 
on rotation.

     Strong communication and customer management skills required.  Ability to 
effectively communicate ideas through oral and written communications.  
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to work as an 
effective team member.

     Must have knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and best practices, 
Technical Writing and Reporting, Development Life Cycle and methodologies 
experience.

     U.S. Citizen

Required Knowledge and Skills:
     Previous customer service and help desk support employment required.
     Windows O/S proficiency
     Business Workflow experience


Additional Knowledge and Skills Beneficial:
     Technical Support supervision experience
     Technical degree and/or certifications
     Prior QA work experience
     Working knowledge of Test Director Defect Tracking and Test Plan 
Development
     Working Knowledge of Perforce SCM
     Basic understanding of SQL and Query
