This position has a dual role.  This position is responsible for telephonic=
 support for customer system administrators who are responsible for the sit=

sible for the delivery of customer training sessions related to system admi=
nistration of the ChartMaxx configuration, in traditional and electronic cl=
assroom environments.
ChartMaxx is a mission critical, client/server application involving UNIX s=
ervers, Windows servers, Web based user interfaces, Oracle databases, docum=
ent management, workflow, custom developed inbound and outbound interfaces,=
 and hierarchical storage management.

Principal Responsibilities:

=EF=BF=BD=09Provide responsive and accurate telephone support for customers=
 in order to resolve client software/hardware issues.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Design and implement configuration or programming changes neces=
sary to resolve software/hardware system issues.=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide regular system monitoring for assigned customers.
=EF=BF=BD=09Install ChartMaxx Minor Upgrades and OS patches, as a remote se=
rvice.
=EF=BF=BD=09Direct and assist in changes to hardware configuration, as a re=
mote service.
=EF=BF=BD=09Provide support for custom developed interfaces for inbound and=
 outbound data.
=EF=BF=BD=09Create and maintain accurate support documentation, including F=
AQ=EF=BF=BDs, technical notes, and detailed call notes for all issues and r=
esolutions in the Company=EF=BF=BDs support tracking system.
=EF=BF=BD=09Conduct classroom based training sessions for adult students, o=
n all aspects of ChartMaxx system administration.=20

=EF=BF=BD=09Conduct Webex based training sessions for adult students, on se=
lected topics of ChartMaxx system administration.

=EF=BF=BD=09Create classroom training materials to support the constantly c=
hanging system administration curriculum.

=EF=BF=BD=09Contribute to team based assignments in the delivery of excepti=
onal customer training services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
=EF=BF=BD=09Sophisticated trouble-shooting techniques to isolate and reprod=
uce customer problems.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong knowledge of HP and IBM servers, UNIX operating systems =
(HP-UX and AIX).
=EF=BF=BD=09Knowledge of EMC Clarion and Centera, Windows operating systems=
 (2000 and XP), Networking Administration, Enterprise Faxing, HL7 Interface=
s, Backup Software, Server and PC hardware.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong technical troubleshooting skills for software, hardware,=
 and related network communications.
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong oral and written communication skills, including the abi=
lity to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
=EF=BF=BD=09Analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and =
develop solutions.
=EF=BF=BD=09Adult education process skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

=EF=BF=BD=09Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent work expe=
rience.
=EF=BF=BD=095 years=EF=BF=BD experience as a trainer, in the software indus=
try
=EF=BF=BD=093 to 5 years=EF=BF=BD curriculum writing and tutorial design sk=
ills with portfolio sample
=EF=BF=BD=094-5  years=EF=BF=BD experience with development or support of a=
 large enterprise client/server application.
=EF=BF=BD=094-5 years=EF=BF=BD experience working with:
1.=09UNIX Operating systems (HP-UX and AIX)
2.=09EMC hardware and software
3.=09Oracle/SQL experience
4.=09writing and debugging shell scripts
5.=09Windows Operating systems (2000 & XP)
6.=09Server hardware and Peripherals
7.=09PC hardware and Peripherals

 10% to 20% yearly travel
