Technology Services provides operational support across all lines of business 
within the MedPlus organizational structure.  In effort to provide optimal 
Service Management and process integration a new team has been initiated to 
design, develop, test, and implement an end to end Service Desk solution.  

Principal Responsibilities:
Creates applications from detailed specifications using specified programming 
language(s).

Codes, test, debug, document and maintain programs.

Front end development (GUI interfaces) utilizing ODBC to connect to any Open 
Architecture RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) - such as Oracle

Analyzes application requirements and provides recommended design.

Creates detailed project outlines and application design specifications.

Designs for more complex integration with other applications/technologies.

Candidate must have implemented a HP OpenView Service Desk or Remedy 
Application Product Suite  
Develops test plans, workflows, and screen designs.

Designs and Supports Configuration Management Database Architecture 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
HP Open View Service Desk or Remedy   
End to end Configuration Management Design/Implementation 
ITIL Certification preferred 
Good interpersonal and communication skills. 
Minimum Qualifications:
Web Services and API programming 
Java, C, C++, etc 
HTML, DHTML, XML 
Oracle; SQL Server 
UNIX; Linux 
PHP, ASP.NET, etc 
Crystal Reports, etc 
Tools Development 
Active Directory 
End to end Configuration Management Design/Implementation 
In depth experience with HP OpenView Service Desk or Remedy
