An understanding of the product that you intend to sell or market is critical.  
We take great pride in sending out only well-versed, polished and professional 
loan officers.  We will gladly train the right loan officer in areas with which 
they they are unfamiliar so that they may grow their business. The right 
candidate will be able to demonstrate a  senior level understanding of lending.
