 need for a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst-Business Intelligence. The purpos=
e of this role is to provide support of the business intelligence systems. =
In addition, provide support for the implementation of new projects in thes=
e areas. Support of business intelligence applications, technical leadershi=
p, subject material expert, project participation and training of users. Wo=
rk directly with Accounting, Finance, and Operations leadership and staff t=
o support their financial/analytical system needs and identify areas for im=
provement related to systems. Recommend and implement new systems initiativ=
es and improvement projects. Lead the development, implementation, testing =
and documentation of processes, cubes, and scripts related to Hyperion Essb=
ase and other related initiatives. Lead the design and development of data =
interfaces between Essbase and other systems. Provide tier 3 support in res=
olving functional systems issues. Functional support on Business Intelligen=
ce initiatives (e.g. Performance Metrics, Hierarchy Management). Support in=
 technical developments via Excel spreadsheets (VBA) and other tools (e.g. =
Web based solutions). Coordinate and implement monthly Essbase structural c=
hanges. Validate data integrity and ensure the appropriate application link=
s are in place between Essbase and Oracle, GL, and other enterprise data so=
urces.  Manage the weekly and monthly data load into Essbase and systems th=
at interface with Essbase. Prepare and maintain various Essbase data loadin=
g templates for loading forecast and budget. Consolidate Forecast and Budge=
t and prepare cubes for each new planning cycle and fiscal year.=20

Location: Columbus Ohio
Requirements_Qualif: Bachelor's Degree in Business (Accounting, Finance or =
MIS). Strong knowledge of the Hyperion/Essbase Applications Suite. Strong M=
icrosoft Excel skills including Visual Basic for Applications. Strong Relat=
ional Database Skills including SQL. Accounting/ Finance background. Projec=
t Management. 3-5 years of experience with suite of Hyperion applications i=
ncluding Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Analyzer, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion F=
inancial Management, and Hyperion Web-Reporting. 3-5 years of experience in=
 the development, implementation, testing, tuning, optimization and documen=
tation of Hyperion applications. Experience with relational databases and S=
QL. Experience with programming languages (Java,VBA, PL/SQL). Business inte=
lligence process experience. Relocation package.
