The Senior Consultant, Design/Build leads multiple distribution center desi=
gn projects, from pre-sales support to implementation phases.  Meets client=
 goals and objectives, delivering project outcomes on-time and on-budget.  =
Listens and asks appropriate questions to uncover client's actual needs.  G=
athers and analyzes client data.  Develops recommendations using expertise =
in Distribution Center operations, FORTE and industry best practices.  Esta=
blishes project scope.  Builds trusting working relationships and effective=
ly manages client expectations.

Requirements_Qualif: The ideal candidate will have:
=EF=BF=BD=09B.S. or B.A., MBA desired
=EF=BF=BD=095-8 years experience in Distribution Center operations and 3-5 =
years senior consulting (internal/external) experience
=EF=BF=BD=09Experience with automated material handling equipment applicati=
on; storage systems and mobile equipment; distribution center processes and=
 material flows; familiarity with simulations=20
=EF=BF=BD=09Technical skill in one or more of the following areas:  Design/=
Build, WMS, Network Optimization, 3PL, Transportation
=EF=BF=BD=09Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, AutoCad
=EF=BF=BD=09Strong project management, relationship building, interpersonal=
 and communication skills
=EF=BF=BD=09Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
=EF=BF=BD=09Multi-tasker
=EF=BF=BD=09Hands-on contributor when needed
=EF=BF=BD=09Travel 30 - 50%
