Senior Business Analyst - Manufacturing and Operations
 
In this role you will serve as the primary liaison between IT and the
Manufacturing Operation Departments.  As the Business Analyst you will
work with the organization's managers and process champions to identify
processes and practices that can be added, modified or changed. The
business analyst will be responsible for documenting business
requirements, developing project deliverables, obtaining approval and
monitor system response to requirements including testing, training and
implementation support.  This will help Midmark Corporation streamline
business processes, reduce duplicated efforts, and show bottom line
results. 
 
Essential duties include:
*  Responsible for analyzing and resolving Oracle functional problems of
assigned modules.  (Manufacturing, WIP, Inventory, and Flow
Manufacturing) 
*  Research anomalies and suggests/implements corrective action. 
*  Explore new ways to utilize Oracle and operate the business more
efficiently. 
*  Maintain documentation covering module set up for Oracle. 
*  Provide documentation and workflow analysis support for process
improvement. 
*  Work closely with other Business Analysts, Process Owners and
Development Teams as required on multiple initiatives 
*  Partner w/ Directors and Project Sponsors to build business cases to
assist with prioritizing projects. 
 
Education and/or Experience: 
*  Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Manufacturing
Engineering or equivalent experience 
*  At least 5 years experience supporting a large ERP system 
*  Strong understanding of the Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i set ups and
how that causes system behavior. 
*  Experience w/ Oracle regarding BOMs, Items, Routings, etc. 
*  Experience with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point. (Expert
Level Excel) 
*  Experience with continuous improvement systems/processes, flow
manufacturing, electronic kanban and quality modules.
