of medical waste each and every day. 

We are currently seeking a Software Developer. This position will design, 
develop, and implement software applications to support the HWS business model. 
Key responsibilities include: 


� Integrating HWS business applications and developing new business 
applications 
� Understand HWS business and key business processes related to sales, customer 
service, scheduling, waste collection, billing and reporting 
� Become proficient in manipulating data and building applications in the HWS 
environment 
� Execute projects as assigned by manager 
� Develop design documents as required 
� Develop and unit test code. Write effective test plans and ensure tested code 
meets business requirements 
� Create documentation and user training for assigned projects 
� Meet budget and time schedules 
� Provide weekly status update to manager, more frequent if required 
� Research best use of advanced technologies as directed by manager

Requirements_Qualif: � Superior listening and understanding skills 
� Experience in documenting, analyzing and modifying programs (coding, 
documenting, test plans) 
� Logical thought process/Attention to detail � able to grasp/develop the logic 
required for the program 
� Thoroughness � able to conceive of test conditions that meet the program 
logic but also test conditions that might occur 
� Past experience in an application software environment (versus a totally 
custom development shop) 
� Able to efficiently execute task plans
