Position Description:

The position requires the sale of complex services, industry-leading benefi=
ts technology and services to broker/consultant, employer, TPA, and insuran=
ce company sales channels.  The long-term nature of our client relationship=
s and partnerships requires that our sales executives have considerable pro=
ven knowledge and sales experience in employee benefits and thrive in a con=
text of high-level relationship-building in a demanding, competitive and in=
creasingly technological field.  You must be able to create and deliver a h=
ighly effective sales presentation, cultivate existing and new contacts in =
the assigned territory, develop prospects in the over-500 employee marketpl=
ace, and close sales.  Successful representatives must develop and maintain=
 a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in a variety of sales ch=
annels and effectively articulate Benesyst=EF=BF=BDs many functional distin=
ctions. =20

=093+ years field sales experience with proven ability to deliver s=
ignificant new business
=093+ years of Business to Business sales and Benefits Administrati=
on operations experience required, particularly relating to outsourced empl=
oyee benefits management solutions including online benefit enrollment, eli=
gibility management and billing, COBRA and retiree administration, and FSA,=
 transit and HRA/HSA administration =20
=09Demonstrated experience with consultatively selling complex solu=
tions and a high interest and aptitude for mastering evolving benefits tech=
nology.
=09Excellent organizational skills, superior time management strate=
gies and the ability to work with minimal supervision from an office detach=
ed from headquarters.
=09Intelligent self starter with a demonstrated passion for consult=
ative selling and the drive to work both smart and hard to succeed in a dem=
anding, challenging position. =20
=09Proven ability to make effective individual and group sales pres=
entations to decision makers.
=09Proven ability to negotiate sales terms and close sales at the e=
xecutive level. =20
=09Demonstrated attitude toward being a team player and a desire to=
