firearms, safes, archery, hunting supplies, and paintball.  Target World al=
so conducts firearms and archery training.

The Safes Manager/Assistant Store Manager position is responsible for all a=
spects of the store=EF=BF=BDs retail safe business to include merchandising=
, purchasing, employee sales training, customer service, trade shows, recei=
ving and shipping, safe preparation after the sale, and P&L for the overall=
 safes business.  This is a new position developed as an investment into th=
e safe sales portion of our business.  Target World is currently the larges=
t safe retailer in the Midwest, but has significant room to grow based on o=
ur market.  This position reports to the Store Manager and can ultimately l=
ead to the Store Manager position.  This position can be expected to work a=
pproximately 50 hours per week and must be available to work on holidays, n=

Requirements_Qualif: Successful candidates will possess at least one year o=
f management and P&L experience in a fast-paced, high volume retail environ=
ment.  Must be self-motivated and able to work both alone and in a team lea=
dership role.  Retail experience in firearms, safes, archery, and paintball=
 is a plus.
