 Position Summary

Our client, a Regional Bank, is looking for a VP of Trust Development/Mgr. 
Candidate will be responsible for developing new business for the Financial 
Management and Private Trust Services groups. They will also be responsible for 
maintaining trust and investment management accounts with the bank's customers. 
Principal duties and responsibilities include:
1. Developing new personal trust account relationships through board of 
directors', branches, community, and professional visibility
2. Managing accounts that where the bank acts as a Trustee, Investment Agent, 
Guardian or Personal Representation of an Estate 
3. Comply with established policies and procedures of the department
4. Know and maintain knowledge of legislation and regulations that affect the 
bank
 

Location: Greater Cinti. Ohio area
Requirements_Qualif:  
 Requirements
Trust Management very helpful
1. Ability to demonstrate a track record for business development and client 
retention
2. 8+ years in Trust Administration
3. Thorough knowledge of tax, probate and fiduciary laws and significant 
knowledge of trust management laws
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Proven leadership ability and track history of bank management
6. BA in Finance or related field
7. CFP preferred
