Coordinates technical activities directly affecting product performance and=
compliance to customer requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following. Other dutie=
s may be assigned.
1.=09Responsible to generate, distribute and follow-up on all applicable cu=
stomer submittals.
2.=09Responsible to coordinate any applicable process issues that pertain t=
o rubber compounds adhesive coating, molding, etc., to ensure they are effe=
ctively resolved and that results are communicated to other departments.
3.=09Responsible to act as liaison with Elastmetall on any and all applicab=
le processing issues as specified above.
4.=09Coordinate the development, implementation and training in procedure a=
nd work instructions pertaining to Quality Assurance inspection, measuremen=
t and testing for applicable product lines.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate=92s Degree from a two year college or university with a technical=
emphasis. Two years work experience in quality related functions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, profes=
sional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability =
to write clear and concise reports, business correspondence, procedures and=
/or work instructions. Ability to effectively present information and resp=
ond to questions from groups of management, associates, customers, and publ=
ic.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtract=
ion, multiplication, division, algebra, statistics and probability. Abilit=
y to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions=
to practical situations and financial information.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete var=
iables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to=
interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, o=
r schedule form.

1.=09While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly re=
quired to stand; move around the plant; handle or feel objects, tools, or c=
