- Direct mail prospecting
- Customer loyalty programs

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage and communicate plans, budgets and calendars for relation=
ship marketing
programs for both brands.

- Responsible for campaign management for all relationship marketing progra=
ms for both brands.

- Responsible for agency management of the relationship marketing agency/ag=
encies to recommend strategic and tactical initiatives to build business fo=
r both brands and to ensure the efficient execution of related programs.

- Lead new initiatives that build overall business and the LC and PV brands=
.

- Communicate results of initiative to senior management.

- Participate as a key member on the Relationship Marketing Strategy Manage=
ment Team

- Responsible for partnering with other key members of the brand management=
 teams including:=20
o Brand Marketing
o Consumer Visuals
o Store Operations
o Internet Marketing
o Finance and Accounting
o Information Systems & Technology
