Sales Directors will manage a team of sales reps calling on companies with 
revenues of 1 billion +.   This position requires state to state travel.  Our 
software suites consist of Pro/ENGINEER, an MCAD package targeting the 
manufacturing and product development industries, and Windchill, a web-based 
technology providing a secure collaborative environment for product lifecycle

Primary Responsibilities
1. Thorough understanding of the complexities of discreet manufacturer?s 
environment; including the challenges, trends and competitive environment that 
exists in today?s world2.Manage a team of approximately 4-5 major account sales 
reps in achieving their target quota3. Ability to achieve high activity levels 
while maintaining focus on multiple sales campaigns.4. Responsible for 
recruiting and team development within assigned region5. Competent in the 
ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities4. Experience selling 
complex enterprise software solutions

Location: Cincinnati or Cleveland
Requirements_Qualif: 4 year college degree -Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher 
(preferred) 
* Consistent ?Top 10%? performer; President?s Club or equivalent
* 10-15 years technology selling experience
* 6+ years of enterprise software sales experience
* Successful track record
